Membership is required to fly at our field, as well as current AMA insurance.  If you are new to the area or are curious about joining our club, we allow you to come out and fly at our field before committing to become a member, for a period of three times.  After that you must join our club to continue flying. 

All people interested in joining our club have to fill out a membership application along with proof of AMA coverage. You can join the AMA at  www.modelaircraft.org, where you will find alot of useful information about flying R/C airplanes.  The AMA includes insurance that protects a modeler incase of incident along with a monthly magazine called Model Aviation.  Club dues are $40.00 per calendar year, and Junior membership cost is $20.00 for ages 12-17, additional household members over the age of 18 are also $20.00 to encourage more family participation, children under the age of 12 are free with a paid adult membership.

If you are new to flying or have not started flying yet, we have excellent instructors that will help you learn to fly.  More information on our training is located in the training section of our website.  At our field you will find great people who are willing to help a new modeler in anyway, a person may need. 

Our membership continues to grow every year as more people come out and experience, our friendly atmosphere for themselves.  Currently our membership is 50+ members and growing.  We also continue to upgrade our field, this includes a new shelter house that was built last summer, and we are in the process doing several other improvements as well.
