XFC 2011!      The return!

Alright everyone, the preparations are being made for this year's XFC.  GTO will be all in on the air racing again this year with some new mods that should annihilate everyone yet again!  Also, I think I'm going to try to get into singles again this year, with a sweet new ride.  We shall see how the evil orange empire deals with the good side coming back in (ie. if they let me).

Also I wanted to hint at something BIG in the works.  I've been working with a TV producer in Indiana on a possible network TV series!  It will cover pilots, planes, family, friends, and etc. involved in the hobby and in particular in the first episode, the XFC!  It's still all very much in the works of course but I believe it's looking promising.  You heard it here first!  So there is a possibility that GTO could go worldwide!  That includes us all!

I am pretty excited about this year.  I think it'll be good fun.  Now I just need to practice heh...

So some of you may be following my progress on Facebook (either for me, or for the page I made up specifically for Go Team Orange which has a lot more XFC info on it).

It looks like that I am in singles, racing, AND night fly this year!

I have some really exciting plans for the night fly this year.  If all goes well, we will be once again brekaing new ground!!!!  I'm excited about it.

So the plan of Bobby Watts and me doing a tandem night fly wasn't wanted.............

My race plane is looking like it'll be insanely fast, and this new course is going to be a FAST course.  Looking like a good combo so far!

A sneak peek for the few that follow this here forum.  Expect a lit up plane this year, and I don't just mean from lights ;-)
